Build a business that can replace your corporate income without taking over your life.
A hands-on, done-with-you program for experienced corporate leaders ready to turn the expertise they built in corporate into a focused, sustainable business that makes real money without burning them out.
You may still be employed and exploring what comes next. You may have already left and have too many possible directions. Or you may already be building something, but the business is more scattered, complicated, or demanding than you intended.
Founding cohort starts January 2027. Ten seats total. Enrollment closes December 4, 2026.
There are three places you might be starting from.
You know you want something different.
You have years of valuable experience, but you are not sure what kind of business you want to build, what could realistically replace your income, or how to test an idea without blowing up your current life.
You have options. Maybe too many.
You could coach, consult, advise, speak, teach, go fractional, or combine several things. The problem is not a lack of ideas. It is deciding what deserves a real chance.
The business exists, but it is running you.
You have offers, clients, or momentum, but the business is more complicated or demanding than you wanted. You need focus, a clearer model, and a way to grow without recreating your corporate life.
Most people build their business backwards.
They start with: What could I sell? Then they create the offer, build the website, and start posting on social media.
Add another product when the first one does not take off fast enough. Try another strategy. Hope that eventually the business gives them the money, freedom, and lifestyle they wanted.
But you can build a successful business that gives you a life you do not want.
I know because I did it. I overbuilt, worked too much, offered too many things, and questioned myself constantly. The business changed when I stopped trying to sell everything I knew how to do and focused on one offer long enough to make it exceptional.
Start with the life. Then build the business.
You do not need to have the whole business figured out before you begin. You do not need to quit your job. And you do not need a website, a logo, a giant audience, a funnel, or a year of content.
The Lifestyle Business Method is how we answer the questions that actually determine whether the business works for you, not just whether it can make money.
- What do I actually want my life to look like?
- What kind of business could support that life?
- Which of my ideas is worth focusing on?
- Will someone actually pay me for it?
- And if they will, how do I run the business without letting it take over?
You probably do not need another business course.
You spent years succeeding in corporate. If I asked you to research a market, build a spreadsheet, write a plan, or learn a new tool, you could probably figure it out.
Information is not the problem.
- Deciding what to build when you could reasonably do seven things.
- Knowing whether the business that sounds exciting would actually give you the life you want.
- Choosing one direction long enough to make it work.
- Putting an offer in front of someone and asking them to pay you.
- Managing your own brain when doubt, comparison, overwhelm, rejection, and the next shiny idea show up.
That is why this program is built around smart decisions, fast actions, and direct coaching, not endless content.
Design It β Get Focused β Get Paid β Run It
Design It
Before we decide what you should build, we decide what you actually want the business to make possible. Money matters. So do time, flexibility, fulfillment, ambition, impact, family, travel, energy, and the things you refuse to sacrifice just to say you own a business.
You will define your numbers, your non-negotiables, and what being a Lifestyle Entrepreneur actually means to you. Then we open up the possibilities: coaching, consulting, advisory, fractional work, speaking, training, groups, or a combination.
There is no single βrightβ model. There is the model that supports the life you said you wanted.
Get Focused
Before you commit, you will get better information. You will talk to people who already have versions of the business you are considering and learn what it actually looks like to run one.
We will start the outreach together, coach through what you learn, and use that information to choose your direction. Then we turn it into one clear page: who you help, what problem you solve, what you sell, how you help, and how you get paid.
One business. One offer. One direction you are willing to give a real chance.
Get Paid
Eventually, you have to cross the line from thinking about your business to asking another human being for money. That brings up everything: What if I sound pushy? What if nobody responds? What if they ask what it costs? What if they say no?
We will work through the mindset and the tactics. And then you are going to sell.
No elaborate launch. No waiting until everything looks professional.
You will choose a real goal and start putting your offer in front of real people. Your goal might be one client, five clients, a paid workshop, a consulting engagement, or a revenue target. Whatever getting paid looks like for your business.
Then we use what actually happened to make Keep / Change / Kill decisions and improve the offer instead of turning every disappointing result into an entirely new business strategy.
Run It
By this point, you have done much more than brainstorm. You have a well-designed business plan and evidence that it has potential. Now you decide whether you are willing to give it a real chance to work.
We turn what you learned into your One-Page Business Plan and build your CEO Calendar: your actual week, month, and year. When do you sell? How much time do you spend on delivery? When do you build? What deserves your time, and what does not?
And we work on the part no business plan can solve for you: the overwhelm, comparison, shiny-object syndrome, fear of being seen, and the week when nothing works.
Not just ideas about a business. A business you have actually begun building.
Will you have a fully scaled, salary-replacing business at the end of the program? Probably not. I am not going to pretend you will.
But you can leave knowing what you are building, why you chose it, whether people are willing to pay for it, and exactly what you need to do next. That is a very different place from having seven ideas sitting in a Notes app.
- Lifestyle Business Design Criteria

We will do the work in the room.
This is not 15 weeks of slides followed by a giant homework list. Sometimes I will teach a framework. Sometimes we will make a decision. Sometimes you will build with the group. Sometimes you will send the DM while we are together.
The goal for the time we spend together is to move your business forward, not create another to-do list.
Small group. Direct coaching. Real work.
You will be building alongside a small group of accomplished professionals navigating many of the same questions.
People who understand what it feels like to be very good at what you do and suddenly be a beginner again.
This is for you if...
You have spent years building valuable expertise in corporate and you want to turn it into something of your own.
This is especially relevant if you are considering or already building a business around coaching, consulting, advisory, fractional leadership, speaking, training, workshops, or another way of monetizing your professional expertise.
You do not need to know exactly what you want to sell before you join. You do need to be willing to make decisions, focus, talk to real people, ask for money, hear no, learn, and keep going.
This is probably not for you if...
- You want a passive-income shortcut.
- You want someone to hand you a plug-and-play landing page.
- You want to build a traditional startup or venture-backed company.
- You are looking for advanced marketing tactics, funnels, or scaling strategies for an already-established business.
- You want to become an entrepreneur without ever having to sell.
I built this after making a lot of the mistakes I now help people avoid.
I spent 20 years in corporate, held two VP roles, and worked at companies including Microsoft and Google. Then, at 40, I left to build something of my own.
I overbuilt. I worked too much. I offered too many things. I questioned myself constantly.
Eventually, I learned how to simplify, focus on what actually made money, and build the business around the way I wanted to live.
Today, I run a multiple-six-figure coaching business four days a week, without a full-time team, usually in leggings.
But I am not teaching you to copy my business. My job is to help you build the business that works for your expertise, your ambition, your financial goals, and your life.
The first cohort begins in January 2027.
I am intentionally keeping the group to ten people so I can coach closely as you build. Enrollment closes Friday, December 4, 2026.

Think this might be the business you are ready to build?
Request a conversation with me. We will talk about where you are, what you are considering, and whether The Lifestyle Business Method is the right place to build it.
Before you book a conversation.
Do I need to have left corporate already?
No. The program is designed for people at different stages, including experienced leaders who are still employed and exploring what they want to build next.
Do I need to know exactly what business I want to build?
No. Choosing the right direction is part of the work. You do need to be willing to test ideas, talk to real people, and make decisions instead of staying indefinitely in research mode.
What kinds of businesses are the best fit?
The strongest fit is an expertise-based business, such as coaching, consulting, advisory, fractional leadership, speaking, training, workshops, or another model that monetizes the professional expertise you have already built.
Will I have replaced my corporate salary by the end?
Probably not, and I am not going to pretend otherwise. The goal is to leave with a focused business you have actually begun building, real market evidence, a clearer operating model, and a plan for what comes next.
Can I just enroll online?
For the founding cohort, I am speaking personally with prospective participants before inviting them into the program. Use the button below to request a conversation.
You do not have to blow up your life to build a different one.
Decide what you actually want. Choose the business that can support it. Focus. Get paid. Learn. Then build from there.
